A good photocatalyst with high efficiency can be synthesized easily using eco-friendly materials and processes. Our synthesized samples exhibit all of the aforementioned features. In this work, manganese co-doped ZnO at different weight percentages (3, 6, 9, and 15 wt.%) with and without 1.5 wt.% aluminum was synthesized by hydrothermal method, and their photocatalytic activity in aqueous solutions of methyl orange (MO) was investigated under visible light. The structural and optical properties of the samples were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. In this work, Mn2+ ions in the 9%Mn/ZnO sample and Mn2+, Al3+ ions in the (9%Mn, 1.5%Al)/ZnO sample calcined at 800 °C were replaced instead with some Zn2+ ions in hexagonal wurtzite structures of ZnO. These structures were found next to each other in the form of a hexagonal shape that created 3D-hexagonal-like ZnO nanostructures. Finally, nanoparticles (NPs) and nano hexagonal-like ZnO nanostructures were, respectively, dispersed on the surface of 3D-hexagonal-like structure of 9%Mn/ZnO and (9%Mn, 1.5%Al)/ZnO. Diffuse reflectance spectroscopy analysis showed that the (9%Mn, 1.5%Al)/ZnO sample had more light absorption than 9%Mn/ZnO. However, contrary to our expectations, the 9%Mn/ZnO sample had better decolorization efficiency (94%) after 60 min under visible light, which could be attributed to a significant increase in the level of recombination by the aluminum ions.  相似文献

作为航天器电源系统的重要组成部分,太阳电池需要更高的转换效率和可靠性以及更长的使用寿命。通过在太阳电池表面覆盖抗辐照玻璃盖片,可以增强太阳电池对粒子辐射的防护,延长太阳电池的服役寿命,使航天器获得可靠的能源供应。硼硅酸盐玻璃就是一种理想的太阳电池玻璃盖片材料。采用蒙特卡罗方法,结合SRIM软件模拟研究质子辐照硼硅酸盐玻璃的损伤物理机理。基于粒子与物质相互作用的理论以及基本公式,通过分析不同入射能量的质子在硼硅酸盐玻璃中的阻止本领、电离能损、位移能损、空位的产生情况,对辐照损伤的物理机制进行研究。结果表明:能量为30~120 keV的质子辐照损伤主要发生在硼硅酸盐玻璃表面;质子沉积、空位分布等均为Bragg峰型分布;电离能损是能量损失的主要部分,随入射能量的增加而增大,导致电子的电离和激发;位移能损在玻璃内部随能量降低而增大,导致硼、氧和硅等空位缺陷的产生;电离效应和缺陷的产生是硼硅酸盐玻璃色心形成的重要原因。  相似文献

利用具有同步辐射源的反射式飞行时间质谱仪,研究甲基环己烷的真空紫外光电离和光解离. 观测到母体离子C7H14+和碎片离子C7H13+,C6H11+,C6H10+,C5H10+,C5H9+,C4H8+,C4H7+和C3H5+的光电离效率曲线. 测定甲基环己烷的电离能为9.80±0.03 eV,通过光电离效率曲线确定其碎片离子的出现势. 在B3LYP/6-31G(d)水平上对过渡态、中间体和产物离子的优化结构进行表征,并使用G3B3方法计算其能量. 提出主要碎片离子的形成通道. 分子内氢迁移和碳开环是甲基环己烷裂解途径中最重要的过程.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the radiation shielding parameters such as linear attenuation coefficients (LAC, µ), mass attenuation coefficients (MAC, µ/ρ), effective atomic numbers (Zeff), effective electron densities (Neff), half value of layers (HVL), mean free paths (MFP) and buildup factors (exposure (EBF) and energy absorption (EABF)) were investigated for cream (M1), pink (M2), white (M3), maroon (M4) and green (M5) marbles. Attenuation coefficients were measured in the energy region 31.18–661.66 keV photon energies. The values of Zeff and Neff were then calculated using these coefficients with logarithmic interpolation method, and HVLs and MFPs were calculated using the values of LAC of marble samples at the same photon energies. The experimental results were compared with the theoretical values obtained from WinXCom program, and good agreements were observed between the experimental and theoretical results. HVLs and MFPs of all marble samples were compared with those of some concretes, glasses and commercial radiation shielding glasses (SCHOTT Co.). The studied marbles were better radiation shielding materials than standard shielding concretes due to lower HVL and MFP values lower than the ordinary concrete. Finally, EBFs and EABFs of the marbles were calculated in the energy region 0.015–1?MeV up to penetration depths of 40 mfps by Geometric Progression method (G-P), and the results were discussed in terms of photon energies and chemical compositions of the marbles.  相似文献

为探讨IDose 4迭代重建技术在低剂量CT肾动脉血管造影中的应用价值,选取205例拟行肾动脉CT血管造影患者,随机将其分为4组,A组(51例)采用管电压100 kV、管电流100 mA,碘海醇370 mg I/mL及IDose 4迭代重建技术,B组(51例)采用管电压100 kV、管电流150 mA,碘海醇270 mg I/mL及IDose 4迭代重建技术,C组(51例)采用管电压80 kV、管电流180 mA,碘海醇270 mg I/mL及IDose 4迭代重建技术,D组(52例)管电压120 kV、管电流120 mA,碘海醇370 mg I/mL及滤波反投影(FBP)重建技术。分析各组图像肾主动脉干CT值、噪声(SD)、信噪比(SNR)和噪声比(CNR),受检者接受CT有效剂量(ED)、容积CT剂量指数(CTDI vol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、碘摄入量以及重建图像评分差异和诊断效能。结果显示,A、B、C组重建图像评分优于D组,肾动脉主干CT值、SD、SNR、CNR均高于D组,B、C组肾动脉主干CT值、SD略低于A组。A、B、C组CTDI vol、DLP、ED均低于D组,B组CTDI vol、DLP、ED高于A组。A、B、C、D组诊断肾主动脉狭窄准确率分别为92.68%、86.49%、84.62%、82.86%。证实IDose 4迭代重建技术能降低受试者受辐射和造影剂剂量,提高成像质量,在低剂量CT肾动脉血管造影中具有较高可行性和实用性。  相似文献

Transition metal chalcogenides are of interest for energy applications, including energy generation in photoelectrochemical cells and as electrodes for next-generation electrochemical energy storage. Synthetic routes for such chalcogenides typically involve extended heating at elevated temperatures for multiple weeks. We demonstrate here the feasibility of rapidly preparing select sulfide compounds in a matter of minutes, rather than weeks, using microwave-assisted heating in domestic microwaves. We report the preparations of phase pure FeS2, CoS2, and solid solutions thereof from the elements with only 40 min of heating. Conventional furnace and rapid microwave preparations of CuTi2S4 both result in a majority of the targeted phase, even with the significantly shorter heating time of 40 min for microwave methods relative to 12 days using a conventional furnace. The preparations we describe for these compounds can be extended to related structures and chemistries and thus enable rapid screening of the properties and performance of various compositions of interest for electronic, optical, and electrochemical applications.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the large-time behavior toward the combination of two rarefaction waves and viscous contact wave for the Cauchy problem to a one-dimensional Navier–Stokes–Poisson coupled system, modeling the dynamics of a viscous gas in the presence of radiation. We show that the composite wave with small strength is asymptotically stable under partially large initial perturbations. The proofs are based on the more refined energy estimates to control the possible growth of the perturbations induced by two different waves and large data.  相似文献

A new polyfunctional ligand of the thiadiazole family was synthesized. Cytotoxic properties with respect to leukemic cell lines, radiation stability, predicted permeability through the blood–brain barrier and cardiotoxicity of the new ligand and its precursor were determined. New zinc complexes with N-{2-[5-(3-chloro-4-methylphenylamino)-1,2,4-thiadiazol-3-yl]-1-methylethyl}-N-(2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl)-amine as the ligand have been obtained.  相似文献

This study addresses a fundamental question in surface science: the adsorption of halogens on metal surfaces. Using synchrotron radiation-based high-resolution X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), temperature-programmed XPS, low-energy electron diffraction (LEED) and density functional theory (DFT) calculations, we investigated the adsorption and thermal stability of bromine on Rh(111) in detail. The adsorption of elemental bromine on Rh(111) at 170 K was followed in situ by XPS in the Br 3d region, revealing two individual, coverage-dependent species, which we assign to fcc hollow- and bridge-bound atomic bromine. In addition, we find a significant shift in binding energy upon increasing coverage due to adsorbate-adsorbate interactions. Subsequent heating shows a high thermal stability of bromine on Rh(111) up to above 1000 K, indicating strong covalent bonding. To complement the XPS data, LEED was used to study the long-range order of bromine on Rh(111): we observe a (√3×√3)R30° structure for low coverages (≤0.33 ML) and a star-shaped compression structure for higher coverages (0.33–0.43 ML). Combining LEED and DFT calculations, we were able to visualize bromine adsorption on Rh(111) in real space for varying coverages.  相似文献
